Requirements for Intended Parents

We want to ensure your child will grow up in a safe, stable and loving environment. Below are the basic criteria that we ask intended parents to meet in order to join our program:

Medical Need for Surrogacy
Demonstrate medical need for surrogacy
Mental Health Evaluation
Undergo mental health evaluation with our clinical psychologist prior to being matched with a surrogate
Criminal & Financial Background Check
Pass criminal and financial background checks
Age Requirement
Are under the age of 50

Surrogacy Costs & Services

We know surrogacy is expensive, but it’s not out of reach. It’s important to us that you are well informed about this process. We will help you understand all of the cost variables in your surrogacy journey and we will provide you with a cost model to help you understand where your money is being spent.

Depending upon your circumstances, the total cost for surrogacy could range between $150,000 and $200,000 over the course of 15-24 months. It is important to understand that this money isn’t due all at once. Hope Surrogacy Program Fees

Our agency fee of 49,500 is an all-inclusive flat fee, the first fee is a $1,500 application fee. The remainder of the fees are paid in installments: $10,000 after your consult, $10,000 after your psych consult and acceptance into Hope’s program; $20,000 after you meet your surrogate and agree to work together; and the final fee of $8,000 once your legal contract is complete. In the unlikely event that you need to be rematched our rematch fee is $12,500 for one subsequent match with a new surrogate.

Other costs to consider are medical fees, surrogate fees, and legal fees.
